If your building is on our Rent-to-Own (GS-RTO) plan, you can end the lease at the end of any monthly term with no penalty by returning the building in good resale condition and bringing the account current through the return date. We’ll arrange a pickup and removal from your property. Note: there are no grace periods, and if a lease isn’t renewed or is in default, the company may take possession of the building; the site must be accessible (not blocked by fences/vehicles/structures).
